"Pros: The driver, Jag, has sent confirmation text messages half an hour before the journey and at arrival. He arrived 10 mins early. Cons: Jag had proceeded to contact the reception of the hotel, asking for me by name and asking them to contact me. At this point it was 10 minutes before the agreed time. Very unprofessional and I was not happy about it that he decided to talk to the reception eventhough I was not late. I have arrived as he was still talking to them. If he wishes to contact a client so early before the time, one should do that in a private and discreet manner. Jag offered to drop me off at the train linking to Birmingham airport. It was a quick service and free and I was not in a hurry. But if I order a service, it is inappropriate to offer it. I didn't decline as I didn't want to cause Jag a bother by asking him to take me all the way by car eventhough I paid for the whole journey. The offer took me by surprise. I did not like it. If it was offered online with a £2 discount it saved him then it's fair enough. "
