"It was a delightful drive and Chris was such a kind hearted guy. The only reason I have given 4 stars Overall is because Chris was given the wrong pick-up point. The pick-up point (Terminal 2, Heathrow) and destination (Coode House, Sheffield) got mixed up. But, a point to note is, Chris was at the destination point well before the scheduled time. Also, as soon as he got to know about the mix-up, he drove as soon as he could and picked us up at the airport. The time we waited, approximately 2.5hrs, was used well to rest and we weren't in any rush to get anywhere, so, all was fine. A shout out to Chris.
However, maybe a closer look at why the mix-up happened might help in the future. I am sure if the customer was in a hurry to reach some place, a waiting period of 2.5 odd hours wouldn't be an option.
