"We thoroughly enjoyed our experience using Taxi Code, and will/ would recommend to any friends or family their service. The company reached out on phone call and email, which was great as I had many phone problems where I kept missing the calls, meaning we still kept our taxi booking whereas other companies may have just cancelled without hearing communication. The process of booking was really easy online. It was also great we could book a taxi for so many people with multiple drop offs - which our driver did not mind amending slightly on the night due to a change in circumstances. We had the pleasure of meeting our driver Justin who collected us from a friends wedding. Justin was friendly, kind, patient and put us at ease as soon as he arrived. He also ensured that we were all in the taxi, and waited very patiently while we gathered all the passengers from around the venue. Justin kindly laughed off with the other passengers my very enthusiastic, loud tipsy partner, and made sure our friend who lived alone safely got into her home before driving off. The company was very good at checking in with us to make sure we were happy with our booking, and Justin contacted us on the day to make sure he had all the correct details - as well as being very tentative by letting us send him a pin drop so he could go to the exact location. The taxi arrived on time and we received a prompt phone call to say Justin had arrived. The car was spacious, clean and had a large space for luggage. As I mentioned we would recommend the experience to anyone who need a reliable and friendly taxi service. All our fellow guests and passengers commented on the great experience."
